Terms and conditions of membership:
 1.  

Each membership is personal to the member and may not be transferred nor may membership rights, including the use of access to WineDining™ proprietary data such as, but not limited to, Calendars of Events and other proprietary information, be transferred or permitted to be accessed by nonmembers.
 2.

A member may bring one nonmember guest to an event at an extra surcharge.
 3.

Members must be 21 years of age.
 4.

Members must use alcohol responsibility at events. We reserve the right to cease serving alcohol to anyone who is abusing the right to consume such beverages.
 5.

WineDining™ is not responsible for changes in event dates, restaurants or identity of winery or restaurant participants other than to refund in advance of the event the amount paid to attend.
 6.

The participants in any events, including wineries, restaurants, or attendees are not endorsers of WineDining™ or its events.
 7.

Information provided to members is not guaranteed to be accurate although WineDining™ makes every reasonable effort to verify the accuracy of information provided.
 8.

WineDining™ is not responsible for the contents of any food or drink provided to members by vendors of such products, such as restaurants or wineries. Said products are produced by persons beyond the control of WineDining™.
 9.

The time, date, co-hosts, and location of events are subject to change by WineDining™ because of events beyond its control, such as illness of participants and other acts of God.
10.

Events start at times certain and no refunds are provided on account of a member attendee being late or unable to attend for any reason.
11.

Once a member reserves a seat or attendance at an event, said reservation is non cancelable.
12.

Members will be assigned seats in groups of four to eight to enhance camaraderie for the evening. All single members will be seated with other members. A Member or co-member with up to two guests will be seated together as requested.
