Tomato and roasted bell pepper salsa, tossed in house-made cumin and garlic vinaigrette

 

Enjoyed with Veramonte Sauvignon Blanc 2006 and Veramonte Chardonnay 2005 from Casablanca Valley

 

First course

Roasted eggplant flavored with cumin olive oil and lemon juice

Roasted tomato and marinated bell pepper served on pita points

 

Accompanied by Veramonte Pinot Noir Casablanca Valley 2005

 

Main Course

Lamb Shank Tagine – “Ras el hanout” and honey sauce, caramelized dry fruit toasted almonds and sesame seeds

 

 CousCous tossed in a thyme preserved butter and garnished with a mélange of caramelized onions, raisins and garbanzo beans

 

Excellently paired with Primus Red Blend 2004- Colchagua Valley

 

Dessert

Fresh berries in a Moroccan rosewater and Gran Marnier syrup
