WineDining™ is the result of the vision of its founders, Jack  Kaufman and Nina Stark, who wanted a forum for fellow wine and food enthusiasts free from the commercial control of winery, retailer or other industry sources. Most of these outlets require mandatory purchases of a single producer of wine, offer limited selections of wine, host no in-person events or have events limited to a particular forum and offer no unbiased information of timely interest to the wine consumer. Jack and Nina believe that the three elements of an unforgettable wine and dining experience, fine wine, exceptional food and interesting people, can only be produced by wine and food enthusiasts for fellow wine and food connoisseurs, free of any wine industry and retailer control. Since Jack and Nina have attended too many wine and food functions, wine dinners, tastings, tours and the like which were missing one, two or all of the above three ingredients the concept of WineDining™, A "MEMBERS ONLY" WINE AND DINING CLUB, was born.

The lineup of restaurants has included:
George’s at the Cove, Tapenade, Pacifica Del Mar, Pamplemousse Grille and Bernard O’s, Morton's of Chicago, Roy's of La Jolla, Sbicca Cafe, Prime 10 Steakhouse and Acqua Al 2.

Wineries have included:
Opus One, Grgich Hills Cellars, Ventana, Ferrari-Carano,  Sanford, Sequoia Grove, Chalk Hill, Joseph Phelps and others…

	Unique, entertaining and enjoyable wine, food and company at wine dinners, tours, tasting and other events. What other group can offer the chance to attend an event at the Hearst Castle in San Simeon, California, filled with antiques and archeological treasures collected by tycoon William Hearst as we did this past year.
